Conveyor belt furnaces
for brazing, annealing and solution quench

Continuous conveyor belt furnaces

One of the main features of these continuous conveyor belt furnaces is the treatment uniformity.
The components to be treated are placed in sequence on the belt, well distributed and, therefore, undergo the same temperature gradients, as they make their way through the furnace.

These furnaces may be heated electrically or through gas, using different protective atmospheres, for a vast variety of heat treatments, such as:
– brazing
– annealing
– solution heat-treatment
– hardening (for self-hardening alloys)

The most common treatment is the brazing process which joins different metals together  (steel, stainless steel, copper, bronze, brass, aluminum, etc.).
The weld material is normally constituted of paste or metal preforms, placed directly on the area to be brazed.
